Delivery Information

UK orders for next day delivery must be placed before 2pm, orders that are placed after the 2pm cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. Please allow an extra working day for delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations. Delivery times to European destinations are usually between 3 to 8 working days. The USA and all other countries will take 7 to 14 working days.

All orders over £100 will qualify for FREE worldwide shipping.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however, this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed.

Items will be posted by Royal Mail, DHL or Ups to the Billing Address submitted at the time of your order. If this address is wrong then please contact us immediately or your order will be delayed. The customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods when they are delivered.

The Delivery Address supplied at Checkout must be the same as the Billing Address you provide Paypal when you pay for your order.

Please note Amazing Hair Weaves are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather, postal strikes or courier delays. Weekends and Public Holidays do not count as working days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Customers can log into their account to find out their Order Status.

Customers will receive an email confirmation with a Tracking Number as soon as goods have been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Please contact us before you return any goods. You can cancel your order, or part of your order, up to 7 days from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email, telephone or in writing.

Refunds will only be actioned if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be fully intact. If you wish to return any items please note that Amazing Hair Weaves are not liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packed securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit.

If, unfortunately, your order is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 3 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us before any replacement is shipped or any refund is processed. The cost of shipping costs for return of faulty or damaged items to us will be refunded to the customer. We will replace the faulty or damaged items to your complete satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.

For health and safety reason we only refund/exchange hair products that have not been opened, used, worn or tampered with in any form. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously for our customers.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
