1. How long is the shipping

We aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of your order. Delivery can sometimes take up to two working days from when the order placed.
While we make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologise if this is the case, but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.

2. How many bundles do I need for a full head?

If you are going to get an 8-14 inches, you need 2 bundles, from 16-22inches you need 3 bundle deals, anything past that, you need 4bundles. including with a leave out or a closure.

3. Can the hair extensions be dye or bleach?

Our extensions are 100% human hair that has gone through its own dyeing process, they were constructed to accept colour, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colourist. if not done incorrectly, dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your Hair extensions and possibly cause damage.

4. How long do the hair extensions last for?

Usually, the lifespan of Amazing hair weaves Hair extensions is 3-6 months up to a year or longer, depending
on the general care they receive.

5. How often should I wash hair extensions?

This is especially important if you use heat styling products on your natural hair extensions. Most experts agree it’s not necessary to wash you’r extensions every day. Instead, you should try to wash them three times a week for optimal cleaning and moisturising.

6. How do you care for Amazing hair weaves hair extensions?

Gently wash your Hair Extensions in lukewarm water, apply a little bit of sulphate-free shampoo, rinse out the shampoo and apply hydrating conditioner. Rinse thoroughly. Never comb through your Hair Extensions while they are wet and only use styling tools when they are dry.

7. Can I return?

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened or unused hair extensions within 14 days of you receiving your order. We only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or, in any way, tampered with. WE DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned or exchanged. We recommend returns be accompanied with a return tracking number. To expedite your exchange or return process, feel free to send us a photo of the hair in good condition.
